Depending on your project, two textile customization techniques are offered to you. Each technique has its advantages : we guide you towards the optimal solution based on your visual, the chosen textile, and the intended use.
Textile printing (DTF))
Textile printing is ideal for detailed, colorful, and creative visuals.

Textile embroidery

Human support

You send us the fabric
According to the project, you can drop off your fabric directly at the workshop or send it to us by mail.
Customization & order pickup
We carry out the customization in our workshop, then your order is either shipped anywhere in Europe or made available for pickup at Glass Décor (4, Fond des Rivaux, 5170 Arbre).

FAQ- Textile customization
Your questions about textile customization
Yes, we customize your fabrics both individually and in batches.
We accept most formats (PNG, JPG, PDF…) of good quality (recommended resolution: 300 DPI). For embroidery, even a hand drawing can suffice: we adapt it if necessary.
Yes, you can view a rendering via the mock-ups. A human check is then performed before printing or embroidery.
The timelines vary depending on the project, the quantity, and the technique. They will be communicated to you upon delivery of the quote.
Customized products are neither returned nor exchanged, except in the case of manufacturing defects. See General Terms and Conditions of Sale.
The maximum size of the DFT print area is A3 format, allowing for generous visuals while maintaining very good quality. For textile embroidery, the maximum area is 36 x 20 cm.
Yes, it is possible depending on the project. We analyze the feasibility and propose the best configuration..
To preserve the quality of the print or embroidery, we recommend washing inside out at 30°C, without using a dryer. Also, avoid direct ironing on the printed or embroidered area to extend the longevity of the fabric over time.
